Greenlight Planning Service
Upon selecting a concept design that meets your expectations, we will provide a comprehensive estimate for building your new home. Once you approve the estimate, our expert designers and estimators will work closely with you to finalise your design.
Contract Presentation
We will present you with full concept designs along with firm and final pricing, ensuring transparency and peace of mind regarding the costs involved.
Building Agreement
After signing off on the final design and pricing, we will enter into a building agreement. We will take care of obtaining council consent, and once the consent is issued, you will meet your dedicated Project Manager to begin the construction phase.
Construction
Your Project Manager will guide you throughout the construction process, providing regular updates and arranging site visits to witness the progress of your new home.
